No. The first conversation is always free. I want to understand your situation and make sure we’re a good fit before discussing any paid services.

Usually within a few days. If it’s urgent, call me directly and we can often talk the same day.

Do you work with businesses outside Michigan?

Absolutely. While I’m based in Michigan, I work with clients nationwide through phone, video calls, and periodic in-person visits.

What if you can't help me?

I’ll tell you honestly, and I’ll do my best to point you toward someone who can. I’m not interested in wasting your time or taking your money if I’m not the right fit.

How long is your typical engagement with clients?

It varies completely based on your needs. Some clients need just one strategic session to get clarity. Others work with me for months or years as they implement changes and grow their business.
